Kelly Jake Hincks, 62, of Swan Valley, passed away January 10, 2024, at his home.
Kelly was born December 29, 1961, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Anthony “Tony” Bill Hincks and Jean Ann Prince Hincks. He grew up and attended schools in Swan Valley and Irwin Elementary. He graduated from Ririe High School.
Kelly was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a member of the Eagles. He enjoyed motorcycles, four wheelers, snow machining, fishing, hunting, playing pool, and spending time with family. He was always tinkering with tools and building things. He enjoyed building homes from the beginning to the end. He was just a jack of all trades.
Kelly was a kind hearted, giving soul. He was always there for anyone, especially family and friends, when needed. Anyone that had the pleasure of meeting Kelly was touched by his kind heart and his amazing sense of humor. He was deeply loved by so many people. He will be forever missed.
Kelly is survived by his daughter, Lacy Ramos of CT; brother, Rocky (Nit) Hincks of Tacoma, WA; brother, Barry Hincks of Boise, ID; brother, Cody Hincks of Overton, NV; brother, Clay (Debbie) Hincks of Rock Springs, WY; sister, Lynni Hincks of Pocatello, ID; and brother, Brady (Astra) Hincks of Idaho Falls, ID.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jean and Tony Hincks, and his brother, Cory Hincks.
A memorial luncheon will be held from 12 noon until 3:00 p.m. on June 15, 2024, at the Swan Valley LDS church, 3109 Swan Valley Hwy, in Swan Valley.
