Kelli Marie (Welker) Webb, 59, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 4, 2016, at her home surrounded by all her loved ones. She fought a very brave and courageous battle with cancer. Kelli was born February 24, 1957, in Watsonville, California, to Jay LaVar and Dorine Welker. They moved to Idaho Falls when Kelli was 2 months old. Kelli graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1975 and then attended Idaho State University where she met the love of her life, Jay Dail Webb. Kelli and Jay were married on March 13, 1976, in Idaho Falls. Together, they had 3 daughters, Kristen, Heidi, and Nicole, whom she was so proud of and very supportive in all of their endeavors. Kelli loved scrapbooking, tole painting, counted cross stitch, and crocheting. She was beyond talented in all she created. She also loved spending all her spare time at their cabin in Island Park. She spent hours riding in the Razor looking for wildlife, especially moose. She greatly cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. Kelli is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Jay Dail Webb, of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Kristen Marie Thueson, of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Heidi Ann (Burke) Manwaring, of Daegu, South Korea; daughter, Nicole Jaylene (Danon "Dee" Perry) Webb, of Rigby, ID; mother, Virginia Dorine Welker, of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Connie Ann (Scott) Brown, of Idaho Falls, ID; nephew, Cody Jay (SongYi) Wright, of Chula Vista, CA; nephew, Austin Jerald (Erin) Wright, of Idaho Falls, ID; and 5 grandchildren; Deveny, Kassidee, Ellie, Cooper, and Rowen. She was preceded in death by her father, Jay LaVar Welker, and all of her beloved grandparents. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Rd., with Robert Webb officiating. The family will visit with friends from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society.

11 a.m. ,Saturday, March 12, 2016 Wood Funeral Home East Side 963 South Ammon Road Idaho Falls, ID 83406 Notes: The family will visit with friends from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be in Ammon Cemetery.
