Keaton Reed Ragan

Keaton Reed Ragan, 22, of Idaho Falls, left this world on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at his home, to join his family in Heaven and return to his Heavenly Father.

Keaton was born June 23, 2000, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Scott Thomas Ragan and Lisa Lorraine Grover Ragan. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls, Idaho; West Yellowstone, Montana; and Saint George, Utah. He graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 2018, after completing four years of the Mechanics Program, which was an accomplishment that his family was so proud of him for.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Keaton’s life wasn’t easy! He was born with Pervasive Development Disorder and was met with many challenges.

Keaton loved everyone with all of his heart and everyone he met loved him. Keaton loved life and was passionate about cars and keys and the outdoors!

Words cannot express how dearly he will be missed, but the knowledge that he is with his Nana and other family members who have passed brings us “Peace.”

Keaton is survived by his loving parents, Lisa Lorraine Ragan and Scott Thomas Ragan, both of Idaho Falls, ID; siblings, Trevor (Kimber) Ragan, Casey (Brandi) Ragan, and Dallin (Kelly) Ragan.

He was preceded in death by his nana, Lorraine Hart; grandpa, Richard Grover; niece, Ellsie Lorraine Ragan; aunt, Penny Grover; uncle, Brandon Hunter; cousins, Jacob Chen Grover, Shane Jenson, and Kaylee Grover.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 6, 2023, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends Thursday evening from 6:30-8 p.m. and Friday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior, both visitations at Wood East Side. Burial will be in the Annis-Little Butte Cemetery.
