Kay Larue Whitmill

Kay Larue Morgan Whitmill, 84, of Rigby, formerly of Spencer, Idaho, passed away April 6, 2026, at her home. She was under the care of Solace Home Health and Hospice.

Kay was born on November 23, 1941, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to LaVelle and Marvelle Morgan. She was raised in the Idaho Falls area and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1960.

On February 17, 1961, she married Roger Lee Whitmill. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be missed dearly by her loved ones!

Kay was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held positions in the Relief Society and Primary. She was a member of the Choralaires and enjoyed singing in the church choirs and performing temple work.

Kay is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Greg) Miller of Meridian, ID; son Mitchell R. (Casey) Whitmill of Rigby, ID; son, Brett L. (Cindy) Whitmill of Nampa, ID; brother, Brad (Debbie) Morgan of Idaho Falls, ID; 14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

A celebration of life for Roger and Kay Whitmill will be held on July 25, 2026, at their home in Spencer, Idaho.
