Kay Whitaker

Kay Cordon Whitaker, 80, of Idaho Falls, died Monday, May 15, 2017, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Kay was born April 8, 1937, in St. Anthony, Idaho, the son of Elwood Whitaker and Meta Mary Cordon Whitaker. He was one of thirteen children. He belonged to the Laborers Union International - North America Local 155. He was a 50 year Gold card member, and very proud of that. His great sense of humor, quick wit, and his feisty side will be missed. He is survived by his two sons, Monty Whitaker of Folsom, CA, and Troy Whitaker of Idaho Falls, ID; two brothers, Larry Whitaker and Charles Whitaker, and a sister, Nona Smith; 3 grandsons, 1 great grandson, and many nephews and nieces. Rest In Peace, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and good friend!!!
