Kathryn Craig

Kathryn Craig, 64, of Idaho Falls, passed away, November 25, 2010 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born March 13, 1946 to Arthur Wise Oaklief and Luella Francis Drake Oaklief in Newsomerstown, Ohio. She attended school and graduated from Scottsdale High School in 1964. She attended Bryman Medical School. She moved to Arizona at the age of 13 where she spent the greater portion of her life before moving to Idaho For a job. She married Thomas Wayne Craig on July 2, 1994 in Idaho Falls. He passed away August 25, 2000. Kathy worked as a medical receptionist and in other various secretarial positions. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Kathy enjoyed the outdoors, crafts, Native American artifacts and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by: Daughter, Alissa Marie McGuire of Idaho Falls; Daughter, Katrina LeAnn (Mike) Oaklief-Switzer of Macon, GA; Sister, Judy Oaklief Stowe of Arizona; Sister, Susan Oaklief Mandator of Newcomerstown, OH; 6 Grandchildren and 1 great grandchild She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 2, 2010 at the Westhill Ward (2040 Brentwood Drive). The family will visit with friends from 10 - 10:45 am prior to the services at the church.
