On Monday, January 21, 2019, Kathy Rosen, beloved mother, passed away at the age of 74. She had been living at the Willows Assisted Living in Blackfoot for the past 18 months.
She was born on November 7, 1944, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Henry and Thula Rosen. She grew up in Ammon and graduated from Bonneville High School in 1963.
