KATHI ISAACS IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Katherine Denice “Kathi” Welch Isaacs, 40, of Shelley, passed away July 18, 2007, at her home. She was born March 3, 1967, in Stanton, California, to Ross C. Jenkins and Evelyn Denice Barrie Jenkins. She grew up in Ucon and attended Ucon Elementary School. She graduated from Bonneville High School. She married Frank Larry Isaacs on July 13, 1985, in Shelley, Idaho. She was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, spending time with her children, and walking her dog, Baby. Kathi was very artistic. Survivors include: Husband: Frank Isaacs of Shelley, ID Daughter: Kasandra K. Isaacs of Shelley, ID Son: Joshua Frank Isaacs of Shelley, ID Parents: Ross & Denice Jenkins of Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Ronald Welch of Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Steven Welch of Nampa, ID Brother: Dennis Welch of Nampa, ID Brother: Jeffrey Welch of Ucon, ID Sister: Lorena Nesbitt of Idaho Falls, ID She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim and Evelyn Barrie. Graveside Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2007, at the Ucon Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N.
