Karlene Panko

Karlene Rochelle Panko, 52, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 9, 2013, at her home. Karlene was born October 29, 1960, in Portland, Oregon, to Raymond Roy Panko and Beneice Marelen Panko. She grew up in Oregon and attended Lake Ridge High School. She lived in Portland for 26 years, Topeka, Kansas, for five years, and Idaho Falls for 21 years. She married Ricky Jo Hines in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and they were later divorced. A homemaker and mother, Karlene also worked as a short order cook, and in customer service and maid service. She was a Christian. She enjoyed sewing, camping, fishing, crafts, and coloring. Karlene is survived by: Daughter, Jenny (Rob) Benavidev of Tigard, OR; Son, Timothy (Brandy Lowe) Panko of Idaho Falls, ID, Son, Nick (LaDonna) Hines of Topeka, KS, Son, Shawn Barrickman of Idaho Falls, ID; Brother, John Panko of OR, Brother, Derald Panko of OR, Brother, Bob Panko of OR; Sister, Jeri Panko, Sister, Julie Stark of OR; 4 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. No services are planned.
