KAREN Y. MASON IDAHO FALLS, ID - Karen Yvonne Hillman Mason, 62, of Idaho Falls, died December 21, 2003, at her home of heart failure. She was born September 2, 1941 to Marvin Edward Hillman and Noel Yvonne Bell Hillman in Mammoth, Utah. The family later moved to Idaho Falls where she attended Emerson Elementary and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She attended Eastern Idaho Technical College and then worked as a paralegal for one year. She later attended Idaho State University where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Training. On September 29, 1979, she married Bradley K. Mason in Idaho Falls. She worked at E.G.G. and then Lockheed as a Project Manager. She also was a Support Enforcement Technician with the State of Idaho. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed decorating, crafts, camping and traveling. Surviving are: Husband: Brad Mason, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Wendy (Jeff) Lawrence, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Lorraine (Jon) Tullis, Idaho Falls, ID Son: Paul (Sandi) Jenkins, Goshen, ID Son: Troy (Cara) Jenkins, Sacramento, CA Son: Tony (Karen) Jenkins, Boise, ID Daughter: Margo (Darren) Park, Boise, ID Son: Curt (Carma) Mason, Boise, ID Daughter: Kristy (Pat) Cantrell, Boise, ID Daughter: Angie (Jason) Sheets, Boise, ID Mother: Noel (Stan) Bickel, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Charles W. (Julie) Hillman, Idaho Falls, ID 14 Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Edward Hillman. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m Wednesday, December 24, 2003, at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge), with Bishop LaMont Hansen of the Idaho Falls LDS Parkwood Ward, officiating. The family will meet with friends from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave., Idaho Falls, ID.
