KAREN J. LYMAN
THORNTON, CO -- Karen Jan Longua Lyman, 43, formerly
of Idaho Falls, died September 18, 2004, at North Suburban Hospital in
Thornton, Colorado.
She was born June 29, 1961, at Idaho Falls, Idaho, to
Kerry Joseph Longua and Janice Kirby Longua. She grew up in the area and
attended Idaho Falls High School. Following graduation, she attended Boise
State University.
On August 13, 1983, she married Kent Douglas Lyman in
Idaho Falls. They later moved to Boise for six years, then to Meridian
for six years. For the past three years they have resided in Thornton,
Colorado. She had worked as a bank teller, commercial loan assistant and
home builder services associate.
Karen loved traveling and sightseeing and was a devoted
wife, mother and homemaker.

Parents: Kerry and Jan Longua, Idaho Falls, ID
Brother: Kernan Joseph (Tammy) Longua, Jr., Idaho Falls, ID
Grandmother: Norma Kirby, Idaho Falls, ID
4 Stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold and Dolores Longua;
a grandfather, Wesley Kirby; and an aunt, Jolene Howell.
Memorial Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, September
23, 2004, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, Idaho Falls, with Bishop
Brig LeSueur of the Idaho Falls LDS Cedar Ridge Ward officiating.
The family will visit with friends for one hour prior
to the services at the church.
Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery under the direction
of Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave., Idaho Falls, Idaho.

made in memory of Karen to the American Cancer Society, 2676 Vista Avenue,
Boise, ID 83701 or the Lance Armstrong Foundation, P. O. Box 161150, Austin,
TX 78716-1150.
