June Headington

JUNE H. HEADINGTON IDAHO FALLS, ID - June H. Headington (Price), 81, of Idaho Falls, died at her home on December 3, 2003 . She was born July 3, 1922, in Perth, Australia. June attended the Western Australia Methodist Ladies College and earned a degree in Business. June married Wesley L. Headington during World War II in Perth, Australia, where Wes was stationed with the U.S. Navy Submarine Force. She moved to the United States in September of 1945. She was a stay-at-home mother and enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening, painting, and knitting. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband, Wesley Headington of Idaho Falls; a daughter, Kerry Adams and a son, Dennis Headington, both of Idaho Falls; five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. June’s Mother; Father; sister, Peggy; brother, Bill; and a granddaughter preceded her in death. At her request, no public services will be held. The family will hold private memorial services at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Hospice of Eastern Idaho, 1920 East 17th Street, Suite 200, Idaho Falls, ID 83404.
