J. LAVERL CROW
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Julius LaVerl Crow, 85, long time resident
of Ammon, died July 9, 2003 at his home.
He was born January 31, 1918 in Idaho Falls to Walter Newton
Crow and Margaret Vilate Allen Crow. He grew up and attended schools in
Ammon.
He served in the Army as a Sergeant during World War II.
He married Emma Ila Olaveson February 5, 1947 in Elko,
Nevada. Their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls Temple in April
of 1954. He worked as a Postal Clerk until his retirement.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter
Day Saints.
He enjoyed gardening, working with his hands and was always
working on a project.

Brother: Orval (Pearl) Crow, Ammon, ID
Sister: Elma (Bill) Brandon, Idaho Falls, ID
Sister: Elsie (Russell) Owen, Ammon, ID
Sister: Odetta Sessions, Ammon, ID
14 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and a brother-in-law,
Dale Sessions.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m Monday, July 14,
2003, at the Ammon LDS 1st Ward (3002 Central Avenue) with Bishop Robert
Marshall officiating.
The family will visit with friends from 7-8:30 Sunday evening
at Wood East Side Chapel and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Monday at the church.
Military rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Team.
The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
Burial will be in Ammon Cemetery under the direction of
Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, Idaho Falls, ID
