Julie (Lundquist) Mcdonald

Julie Lundquist McDonald, 65, of Bountiful, passed away August 22, 2022, at her home.

Julie was born June 21, 1957, in Rigby, Idaho, to Kenneth Boyce Lundquist and Karen Annette Armstrong Lundquist. She grew up in Swan Valley and attended Ririe High School. Julie later attended Ricks College.

In 1987, she married Mark Jay McDonald. They were blessed with her two children and Mark and Julie later separated.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various Relief Society callings. Julie enjoyed cross stitching, making cookies, holding her grandbabies, and spending time in Swan Valley with her nieces and nephews.

Julie is survived by her loving children, Annie Lynne (Chase) Burbank of Logan, UT, and Adam Mark Kenneth McDonald of Layton, UT; her mother, Karen Annette Lundquist of Swan Valley, ID; five siblings, Mark Lundquist, Bruce (Becky) Lundquist, David (Coleen) Lundquist; Kent (Judy) Lundquist and Jack (Tiffany) Walker; and four grandchildren, Cole, Noah, Beau, and Leo.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Boyce Lundquist; sister, Karen Ann Bingham; sister-in-law, Denise Watson Lundquist; and her husband, Mark Jay McDonald.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 29, 2022, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends  from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery.
