MARY JEANNOTTE
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Julia Mary Bundte Jeannotte, 80, of Idaho Falls, passed away of natural causes January 27, 2007, surrounded by her loving, husband, children, and granddaughter, Jill, at Good Samaritan Nursing Center. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
Mary was born July 10, 1926, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Paul Bismark Bundte and Lulu Nancy Hines Bundte. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School.
Mary lived in Oregon briefly, where she met the love of her life, Leo "Blackie" Jeannotte. They were married August 19, 1945, in Idaho Falls. They made their home in Idaho Falls, where they raised their four children. Mary enjoyed being a waitress and visiting with customers at the North Hiway Café, where she worked off and on for 30 years.
Mary was a born again Christian. She enjoyed crafts, cooking for friends and family, playing cards and games, and traveling. She especially loved visiting Disneyland, visiting her son and daughter-in-law, Dianne, in Las Vegas, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Daughter: Rose (Jess) Wall of Idaho Falls, ID
Daughter: Lorri (Mike) Miller of Idaho Falls
Sister: Pauline Hohbach, Idaho Falls, ID
Sister: Betty Collins, Idaho Falls, ID
19 Grandchildren and 33 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Michael, her sister, Peggy Payne, and two brothers, Kenneth Colborn and Chase Sellars.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2007, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, with Chaplain Roger Manwiller of Hospice of Eastern Idaho officiating. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and for one hour prior to the services Wednesday, both at Wood Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to your favorite children’s charity.
