Josephine "Joey" Nebitsi

Josephine Joe Nebitsi, 38, of Ammon, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 at her home. She was born January 24, 1973 in Tuba City, Coconino County, Arizona, to Ross Nebitsi and Carmelita Shortman Nebitsi. She attended high school at Monument Valley High in Kayenta, Arizona. Josephine lived in Casper, Wyoming for a time, and has resided in Idaho Falls for the past eight years. She was retail manager at Tuesday Morning at the time of her death. She loved NASCAR Racing. Survivors include: Son: Adonis Bia of Ammon, Idaho Mother: Carmelita Nelson of Cow Springs, Arizona Brother: Mike Nelson of Cow Springs, Arizona Sister: Vangie Nebitsi of Cow Springs, Arizona Grandmother: Josephine Shortman of Phoenix, Arizona She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joe Shortman. Friends will gather to visit on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, from 7-8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side (963 S. Ammon Rd.). Services will be held in Arizona at a later date.
