Joseph Leo Keeth, 95, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 29, 2011, at Good Samaritan Society of Idaho Falls.
Joe was born February 10, 1916, in Crocker, Missouri, to Pearly Keeth and Ollie Shelton Keeth. He grew up and attended schools in the area.
He served as a Tech 5 in the U. S. Army during World War II and was honorably discharged in 1946.
On February 12, 1943, he married Doreen M. Springer in New London, Connecticut. They moved to Idaho Falls in 1945. Joe worked as a Technician for Westinghouse at the INL. Doreen passed away November 20, 2005.
He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Joe enjoyed reading, especially westerns, and tinkering in his garage.

1 Granddaughter and 2 Great Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a son, Gregory Keeth.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2011, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, with Pastor Brenda Sene of Trinity United Methodist Church officiating. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and Idaho Honor Guard.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
