Hey guys - Just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of and praying for all of you.
Joe said he couldn't remember doing this, but I SURE DO!!
When I was little and lived at Gramma Luschen's house, I would go spend time with Gramma Hitner. Joe was a B-A-D boy - and would get snakes on the pitch fork tines and chase me from the barn to the house with it. I would be screaming and running as fast as my little legs could carry me. He was probably 10 or 11 and I was 3 or 4. Probably the only reason he never caught me was because he couldn't run very fast carrying that pitch fork like that. I still think that's how I became a fast runner. I was running for my life!!!
It's hard losing a loved one - as you know, but it does get better.
