Jose A. Delgado

Jose Abraham Delgado, 51, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 10, 2024, at his home.

Jose was a smart and strong man. He was always willing to do anything for his family. He grew up in California, where he was raised by his mother, along with his 5 siblings. He played baseball for all his childhood and won many titles. He built a family around him of brothers and sisters who could be themselves.

Jose met the love of his life when he was 23. A few years later, he moved to Idaho with her to raise their 3 children. After he came to Idaho, he built himself another family with the love of his life, his brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters.

Jose had a big heart. He would see someone who needed help and do everything he could for them. He lost a lot of his family, but he continued to move forward with his life. He made mistakes, some repeatedly, but he tried to do what he thought was right.

He will be greatly missed by everyone he ever made an impact on. He has finally had his last fight. Goodbye to a wonderful man.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road.
