Jonell Olson Walker, 34, of Ammon, Idaho, returned home to our Heavenly Father, June 5, 2012, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of injuries sustained in a car accident.
Jonell was born January 7, 1978, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Odell Green and Sherri Vaun Olson Green. She grew up in Idaho Falls and attended Longfellow, Iona, and Edgemont Elementary Schools. She graduated from Skyline High School in 1996. She was a lifelong resident of the Idaho Falls area.
She married Shawn Eric Chase October 24, 1998. They had two daughters, Jurni and Keidryn. They later divorced in 2009.
On June 11, 2010, she married Jeremy Glen Walker in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She worked as a manager at Sam’s Club for 15 years and was working as Inventory Supervisor at TJ Maxx at the time of her death. Jonell was studying to become a physical trainer through American College of Sports Medicine.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jonell enjoyed working out, mixed martial arts, and being a mother.

She was preceded in death by two of her grandmothers, JoAnn Whittle and Donna Green, and a grandfather, Grady “Bud” Green.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon Monday, June 11, 2012, at the Ammon LDS Stake Center, 2055 South Ammon Road, with Bishop Ryan Kohler officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road, and Monday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her children at any area Bank of Commerce.
