John "Johnny" Mullins

JOHNNY MULLINS IDAHO FALLS, ID -- John Leo “Johnny” Mullins, Jr., 61, of Idaho Falls, died January 7, 2006, at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah. He was born September 8, 1944, in Rifle, Colorado, to John Leo Mullins, Sr. and Edna Francis Jones Mullins. The family moved to Blackfoot, where he attended Elementary School, and later to Idaho Falls, where he attended junior high and, in 1962, graduated from Idaho Falls High School. On January 8, 1965, he married Mary Lou Sessions in Idaho Falls. He worked in the construction field for 35 years as a Heavy Equipment Operator for C. Rienhart and Sons and later for H.K. Contractors and Beco Construction. He enjoyed camping, moto cross, fishing, snowmobiling, and golfing. He will be dearly missed and was loved by all. Survivors are: His Wife: Mary Lou Mullins Son: Darren (Lori) Mullins, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Delsy (Kim) Phillips, Roberts, ID Son: Johnny (Tera) Mullins, Rigby, ID Brother: James Mullins, Gig Harbor, WA Brother: Gary Mullins, Gig Harbor, WA Brother: Tommy Mullins, Hailey, ID Sister: Penny Locke, Roy, WA Sister: Patty Sheen, Filer, ID Sister: Stacy Harvey, Filer, ID 10 Grandchildren Longtime Friend: Sharon Jannings, Idaho Falls, ID He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 14, 2006, at Wood Funeral Home East Side (963 S. Ammon). The family will visit with friends on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday for one hour prior to the services, both at Wood East Side. Burial will be in the Ucon Cemetery.
