JOHN GHAN
IDAHO FALLS, ID - John Jefferson Ghan, 73, former Idaho
Falls resident, died April 11, 2004 at his home in Ione, California.
He was born, May 8, 1930, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Clifford
Allen Ghan and Dorothy May May Mills Ghan. He attended schools in Twin
Falls graduating from High School in 1948.
On December 12, 1953, he married Aloha J. Tanner, in
Elko, Nevada. They were later divorced.
In 1955, he began working for Albertson's Inc., as a
baker. In 1958 he became Bakery Manager and worked as such for forty years
until his retirement. In 1965, they moved to Idaho Falls.
On August 1, 1982, he married Charlene Elizabeth Blakely
in Las Vegas, Nevada. She preceded him in death August 10, 1999.
He was an avid bowler throught his life, and also loved
gardening and flowers, especially the roses he raised.

Step-son: William F. (Diana) Blakely, Idaho Falls
Step-son: Robert P. (Leesa) Blakely, Roy, UT;
Step-son: Thomas A. (Clella) Blakeley, Woods Cross, UT;
Brothers: Ray Ghan and David Ghan, Twin Falls, ID
12 Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and his wife.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April
17, 2004, at Wood Chapel of the Pines, 273 North Ridge Avenue,
The family will visit with friends Saturday for one hour
before the services at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial
Park under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
