Jillian Romrell was born on February 7, 1982, to Garth and Marcene Romrell at the LDS hospital in Idaho Falls. Their family lived in Iona where Jill became the second child, joining her big sister, Cami. In 1984, her younger sister, Jackie, was born.
In 1987, the family moved to their long-term home on Disney Drive in Idaho Falls. Two more sisters completed the family, with McKenzie in 1989, and Rikee in 1991.
Jill attended school at Edgemont and Sunnyside Elementary, Taylorview Jr. High, and graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 2000.
As a child, Jill loved to roller skate, dance, and hang out with her friends - and did all three of these at Starlight Skating. She was a cheerleader at Taylorview Jr. High and on the dance team at IF. Jill had a natural gift for music, playing the piano and violin beautifully.
Jill was an exceptionally hard worker, becoming a trusted and indispensable team member at various jobs like Papa Tom's Pizza, Frosty Gator, Bon Marche, and Rutabagas.
In 2008, she attended Vogue Beauty School in Idaho Falls and became a licensed nail tech. Jill built a prosperous business over 17 years, serving her clients well by providing beautiful nails and acting as a trusted confidant and friend.
She married Jordan Briggs in July 2013. They purchased a house and lived together off of 12th Street in Idaho Falls. They loved their three dogs, Bo, Titan, and Lola. They later divorced in 2021.
Jill was a generous gift giver, loved camping, enjoyed floating down rivers, and had a passion for music. Her favorite band was Dave Matthews' and she attended nearly a dozen of his concerts. Jill also enjoyed great food, especially chips and salsa. Moreover, she loved salt and pepper - carrying a pair of shakers in her purse in case she needed them.
Jill was a nurturer, caretaker, defender of the weak, and an empath. Any person in her orbit was an automatic friend - to know her was to be unconditionally loved by her. Jill was loyal, showing up for anyone in need of help, support, or love. If you were her friend, client, or coworker, you were forever her family.
She is survived by her father, Garth (Amy) Romrell, and sisters, Cami (Josh) Elmore, Jackie (Patrick Anderson) Romrell, McKenzie (Dan) Biddulph, Rikee Romrell and siblings, Taylor (Vanessa) Romrell, Kelsie (Andrew) LaPray, and Derek (Afton) Romrell. She adored her nieces and nephews, Ethan and Max Elmore; Harrison, Mae and Bennett Anderson; Oliver, Isla, Vivian and Beau Biddulph; Lola, Zuma and Roman Romrell; Chloe, Violet and Gracie LaPray; Elyse and Annika Romrell.
She is preceded in death by her best friend and beloved mother, Marcene Romrell.
