Jessica Haizlip

Jessica Denning Haizlip left this world December 2, 2017, on her journey to a better place due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Jessica was born October 3, 1993, in West Valley City, Utah, to Kimberly Denning and Travis Haizlip. After losing her mother in 1997, she lived with her grandparents, Bobbie and Brian Bartram in West Jordan, Utah, until the family moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she attended local schools. After graduating in 2011, she gave birth to her son, Benjamin Scott Denning. She was a very devoted mother and worked various jobs to provide for them. Jessica is survived by her son, Ben of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Monty Kelm of Portland, OR; father, Travis Haizlip of Topeka, KS; step-father, Dave Kelm of Portland, OR; grandparents, Bobbie and Brian Bartram of Idaho Falls, ID; Dave (Cindy) Kelm of Vancouver, WA; Phillip Denning of Idaho Falls, ID; Gary Haizlip of San Diego, CA; uncle, Brady Denning of Idaho Falls, ID; aunt, "Hanny" Anne and Brian Carter of Colorado Springs, CO; great grandma, Rosemary Carlson of Idaho Falls, ID; cousins, Trenton Fry of Colorado Spring, CO, Robert Carlson of Idaho Falls, ID, and Jacob Carlson of Derby, KS. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kimberly Jo Denning and her uncle, Troy Denning. A memorial gathering will be held from 12:30-2:00 p.m. Friday, December 8, 2017, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road.
