Jesse Hammon

Jesse Edward Hammon, 27, of Rigby, passed away October 28, 2012, at his mother’s home in Rigby from cancer (desmoplastic small round cell tumor). He was born August 19, 1985, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Herman Edward Hammon and Wendy Gay Hiatt-Mullins. He attended school in Idaho Falls, Shelley and McCall. He worked in construction, and did floor covering installation. Jesse married Tyler Elizabeth Perkes September 29, 2012 in Rigby. Jesse enjoyed fishing, camping and loved the outdoors. He always looked forward to spending time with his dog, family and friends and loved the time spent at “Ballshagger” Reunions. He especially enjoyed making people laugh. He is survived by his Wife, Tyler Hammon of Rigby, ID; His bulldog, Mugsley, who he called his son; Mother, Wendy Mullins and Step-father Fletch Mullins of Rigby, ID; Brother, Shane Hammon of Idaho Falls, ID; Brother, Brandon Hammon of Idaho Falls, ID; Sister, Anita Mae (Travis) Tappe of Rigby, ID; Grandparents, Jesse and Anita Hiatt of Shelley, ID; Great Grandmother, Irene Hammon of Thomas, ID; He was preceded in death by his father Herman E. Hammon. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 2, 2012, at Wood Funeral Home East Side 963 S. Ammon Road with William Hammond officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, both at Wood East Side.
