Dear Mrs. Warner,When Jerry was a student at Weber College, I was his teacher in some of his classes. I lost track of him when
he completed the course.
I moved to Idaho Falls in the fall of 1999. My good friend, Hall Blankenship, in Utah told me to make contact with Jerry and noted that was a top notch technician. When Jerry heard my voice, he immediately knew who I was. His technical skills were demonstrated in my mind when he brought a vertical antenna which he had designed to a field day.
About a year ago, I joined the UHF group and found that he was one of the members.
I have great respect for Jerry and I will miss him.
Sincerely, Jim Dalley, W0NAP
