Jerry Lee Thornock

Jerry Lee Thornock, 59, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 10, 2019, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Jerry was born February 26, 1960, in Montpelier, Idaho, to George Wilbur Thornock and Karen Frances Pope Thornock.  He grew up and attended schools in Firth and Idaho Falls.

On September 1, 1979, he married Vickie Linn Andrews in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Jerry and Vickie made their home in Idaho Falls where Jerry worked as a truck driver hauling potatoes and asphalt.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and spending time outdoors.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Vickie Thornock of Idaho Falls; son, Steven Lynn Thornock of Ammon, ID; daughter, Amy Leigh Thornock of Idaho Falls; brother, Walter (Peggy) Thornock of Ammon, ID; brother, Terrill (Patsy) Thornock of Idaho Falls; and sister, Carolyn (Barry) McAlevy of Idaho Falls.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Edward and Farrell; and sisters, Louise, Georgia, and Esther.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 27, 2019, at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
