Jerralyn "Jerri" Taylor

Jerralyn Eva Clark Taylor, 80, of Idaho Falls, ID. went to rest surrounded by her loving family on October 26th 2014. “Jerri” Taylor was preceded in death by her parents Wayne and Francis Clark, daughters Debbie Browning, Barb Taylor, and her granddaughter Sadie Hunter. Jerri is survived by her loving husband of 61 years Richard Taylor, her children Frank (Fran) of Sacramento, CA., Ron of Idaho Falls, ID., Steve (Vicky) of Idaho Falls, ID., Clyde of Idaho Falls, ID., Linda (Dennis) Waters of Nampa, ID., Dale (Denise) of Rigby, ID., Sandy (Mike) Terry of Chandler, AZ., Scott (Tonya) of Idaho Falls, ID., her brother Bob (Vinny) Clark of Nampa, ID., her sister Carolyn (Jean) Morrison of Mountain Green, UT., along with 20 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Jerralyn was born September 26th 1934 in Idaho Falls, ID. Growing up, she was very artistic and enjoyed riding horses. She was also very athletic and loved to pal around with her friends. On June 18th 1953, she married the love of her life, Richard Taylor at the First Christian Church and they were blessed with 10 children. Jerri was an amazing cook who loved to entertain and decorate, especially during Christmas. She enjoyed the outdoors and working in her yard. She also loved road trips, or “rides” as she would call them. She made many trips to Arizona where she lived for several years. But her greatest joy in life was spending time cooking and caring for her family. She kept Christ at the center of her life and it showed through her devotion to her husband, unconditional love of her children, and friendship to all that had the honor of knowing her. Her love, kindness and laughter will be missed but never forgotten. The family would like to sincerely thank all those who took such great care of our “Punky”, as her father would call her. Services will be held this Friday October 31st 2014 at Seventh Day Adventist Church, 800 Westhill Ave. Idaho Falls, ID. 83402 at 11 am.
