Jeffrey Alan Borkowski

Jeffrey Alan Borkowski, 62, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 23, 2026, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Jeffrey was born October 28, 1963, in South Bend, Indiana, to Ladislaus "Walter" J. Borkowski and Sabina "Sally" M. Wawrzyniak Borkowski. He attended Notre Dame University and Penn State University.

On October 21, 2000, he married Rachel Radomski in South Bend, Indiana. Jeffrey and Rachel made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Jeffrey worked as a Nuclear Engineer.

He was a member of St. Adalberts and continued donations. He grew up in an extended Polish family. He enjoyed golf, going for drives, watching sports, and spending time with his son, Max, and daughter-in-law, Ray.

Jeffrey is survived by his son, Max L. and wife, Ray Borkowski of Idaho Falls, ID; his brother, Christopher Borkowski of South Bend, IN; and his sister, Jennifer L. (Steven) Roschek of South Bend, IN.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Borkowski; and his parents, Ladislaus "Walter" and Sabina "Sally" Borkowski.

A Celebration of life will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the Westbank Convention Center, 525 River Parkway.
