JEANINE DONEY
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Jeanine O. Doney, 74, of Ammon, died
December 10, 2003, at the home of her daughter in Iona.
She was born November 9, 1929, in Franklin, Idaho, to
Harold Sterling Bradford and Sarah Aleine Olsen Bradford. She grew up
in Franklin attending High School there and graduating from Preston High
School.
She married Horace Val Doney September 25, 1950 in Franklin,
Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple August
29, 1961. They were later divorced. She worked as the Director of Bonneville
County Welfare Services for twenty-three years.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints, she served for many years in Stake and Ward Young Women's Presidencies.
She also served as Stake and Ward Girls Camp director and in various Relief
Society Presidency positions.
She loved her family, neighbors and had many interests,
including reading, hiking and crafts.

Daughter: Lisa (Curtis) Bateman, Iona, ID
Brother: Larry Charles (LaRene) Bradford
Brother: Harold Dean (JaNeen) Bradford
15 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Larry Dean Doney.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December
15, 2003, at the Ammon LDS 2nd Ward, 2945 Selway, Idaho Falls.
The family will visit with friends Sunday from 7-8:30
p.m. at Wood East Side Chapel, 963 South Ammon, and Monday for one hour
prior to services at the church.
Burial will be in Ammon Cemetery under the direction
of Wood Funeral Home East Side Chapel.
