Jeanie Marie Rowberry, a cherished and vibrant soul, left this world on November 19, 2024, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, at the age of 63.
Born on July 3, 1961, in Twin Falls, Idaho, Jeanie was lovingly adopted into the Rowberry family, where she was embraced by a large and loving family who nurtured her joyful spirit.
Educated in the Idaho Falls area, Jeanie dedicated her career to the service industry. As a bartender at various establishments, she found her true calling in connecting with people. Her final role was at Hardy's Pub & Grill where she was not only a manager, but also a vital supporter of the dart teams sponsored by the pub. Her work was not just a job, but a passion. It brought her immense joy and connected her with a vibrant community of friends.
Jeanie's love for people was boundless. She had an innate ability to make everyone feel special and valued. She had a profound love for people, babies, and puppies. Her warmth and kindness touched everyone she met.
Jeanie is survived by her devoted fiancé and best friend, Jerry Hardison, who stood by her side through life's many adventures, sharing in laughter and tears. Together, they crafted a life filled with joy and companionship, a testament to their unwavering bond. Her siblings, Hal Rowberry, Kim Rowberry, Jack Rowberry, Roger Rowberry, Steve (Lucretia) Rowberry, Velda (Raymond) Stoddard, Venita (Lee) Munson, Tammy (Rick) Taylor, and Ellen (Frank) Rowberry, were her lifelong companions and confidants. Jeanie's extended family, including numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many close friends, along with their children and grandchildren, whom she loved and cherished as her own. Her faithful dog, Sassy, was a constant source of joy and companionship.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Harold and Alta Rowberry; brothers, Larry and Frank Rowberry; brother-in-law, Lee Munson; and nephew, Benjamin Rowberry. Their memories lived on in her heart, and she often spoke of them with fondness and gratitude.
Jeanie's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and community.
Her legacy is one of love and friendship, a testament to the countless lives she touched with her generous spirit. Jeanie's infectious laughter and radiant smile will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her life was a celebration of joy, and her memory will continue to inspire those who carry her spirit in their hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be held in May 2025.
