JEAN RANDALL-SMITH
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Jean Collins Randall-Smith, 85, of Idaho Falls, died February 13, 2007, at her home. She was under the care of Aspen Hospice.
She was born July 8, 1921, at Franklin, Idaho, to Edgar Collins and Elda Wilkinson Collins. She grew up and attended schools in the area.
On April 15, 1938, she married Max G. Randall in Ogden, Utah. He preceded her in death on March 22, 1986. On May 23, 1989, she married Claude L. Smith in Elko, Nevada. She was a mother and homemaker and worked as an operator for Mountain Bell Telephone Company, from which she retired. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and Lady Elks.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jean enjoyed all music, ballroom dancing, square dancing and especially loved spending time with her family and friends.

Sister: Betty Zahm, Pocatello, ID
Half Brother: Eddy Collins, St. George, UT
Half Sister: Elaine Daines, Ogden, UT
Half Sister: Polly McDade, Tacoma, WA
6 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, and her son, Clair C. Randall.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, February 17, 2007, at the Ammon LDS 6th Ward, 2150 Avocet, with Bishop D. Randall Hurley officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, and Saturday from 11-11:45 a.m. at the church.
Burial will be in the Fielding Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the LDS Perpetual Education Fund, 50 East North Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84150-1501.
