Jay Lords

Jay Hensen Lords, 54, of Ucon, Idaho, passed away May 23, 2013, at his home. He was under the care of his family and Hospice of Eastern Idaho. Jay was born April 24, 1959, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Nathan H. Lords and Neva Fern Robbins Lords. He grew up and attended schools in Roberts and graduated from West Jefferson High School. On May 17, 1980, he married Louisa Marie Fuell in Roberts, Idaho. They made their home in Ucon, where he worked as a truck driver for Western Transport and they raised their children, Randy, Jay Jr., Miachelle, and Angie. Louisa passed away June 25, 1991. Jay enjoyed his train sets, fishing, hunting, camping, and family time. Jay is survived by Son, Randy Lords of Idaho Falls, ID; Son, Jay (Janel) Lords Jr. of Idaho Falls, ID, Daughter, Miachelle (Robert) McCord of Ucon, ID, Daughter, Angie (Shaun) Hendricks of Ammon, ID; Mother, Fern Lords of Roberts, ID Brother, Don (Kay) Lords of Idaho Falls, ID, Brother, Junior (Tina) Lords of Roberts, ID; Sister, Nancy Davis of American Falls, ID; 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, and a sister, Anna Marie Lords. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 2013, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. The family will visit with friends from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Roberts-Market Lake Cemetery.
