He was born August 21, 1999, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, to Ryan Reuel Smith and Lori Ann Colvin Smith. He was active with his family in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved his family and especially his Mom & Dad and new baby brother, Jacob.
