Jason Hammon

Jason Vincent Hammon, 45, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 6, 2013, at his home. Jason was born January 23, 1968, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Wilford Earl Hammon and Manuela Torres Orozco. He grew up there and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. He also attended Boise State University. Jason made his home in Portland, Oregon, Stockton, California, and Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Jason worked as a Parts Specialist in the automotive industry. He also worked as a Disc Jockey. He had a true love of music. He was a member of Assumption Greek Orthodox Church. He enjoyed fishing, camping, music, and playing drums. Jason is survived by Son, James (Cheyenne Franks) Hammon of Idaho Falls, ID; Sister, Lori A. (Rich) Johnson of Thayne, WY; Sister, Emma (Kelly) Clay of Idaho Falls, ID; Sister, Shannon (Wes) Keller of Idaho Falls, ID; Sister, Maria Dobalas of Stockton, CA; Stepmother, Anita Hammon of Idaho Falls, ID; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Celebration of Life for Jason will be held from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2013, at Catered Your Way, 2162 E 17th Street, Idaho Falls.
