Janice Ilene Sims Urias, 63, of Idaho Falls, passed away on March 16, 2015, at her home. She was under the care of her family and Aspen Hospice.
She was born January 24, 1952, in Boise, Idaho to William D. Sims and LaRaine Lora Daley Sims. She also lived in Rexburg and Idaho Falls.
She was a mother and homemaker and also worked as a Floor Supervisor at Snake River Plains, a potato warehouse.
Janice was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She had a fond sense of humor, loved her Chihuahua, and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. At the end, “All she wanted was a Pepsi.”

11 Grandchildren: Cristian, Alex, Yulisa, Chuchi, Gabriel, Carmen,
Fausto, Anna, Trinity, Felicia, and Martin.
2 Great Grandchildren: Andre and Adelynn
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Enrique Urias.
A Funeral Mass will be at held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church (corner of 9th and Lee) with Father Raul Covarrubias officiating. Burial will be in the Rigby-Pioneer Cemetery. A gathering will be held following the burial at the home of Erika Urias.
