CAROL JONES
IRWIN, ID -- Janice Carol Weeks Jones, 71, of Irwin,
died October 25, 2004 at her home.
She was born March 24, 1933, in Salt Lake City, Utah,
to Joseph Weeks and Thelma Elizabeth Ledingham Weeks. She attended school
in Salt Lake City, Irwin, and Ririe.
On August 14, 1950, she married Robert John Jones in
Pocatello. They owned and operated Palisades Creek Inn for 24 years.
She enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting,
cooking and being with friends and family. Her greatest joy in life was
her son, Mike; daughter-in-law Phyllis, and her three grandchildren, Sheldon,
Amber, and Sheila - she was always bragging about them.

Sister: Erma (Orden) Burton, Idaho Falls, ID
Special friend: Lee Collins, Irwin, ID
3 Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a brother, Max
Weeks, and a brother-in-law, Walter Brown.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 29, 2004, at Wood
Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge).
The family will visit with friends Thursday from 7 to
8:30 p.m. and Friday for one hour prior to services, both at Wood Funeral
Home (273 N. Ridge).
Burial will be in Rigby-Pioneer Cemetery under the direction
of Wood Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be
made to the Swan Valley EMT, 176 Oakden Street, Irwin, ID 83428.
