Janette Davis

Janette Johnson Davis, 72, of Idaho Falls, passed away on April 12, 2016, at her home. She was under the care of her family and Encompass Home, Health, and Hospice. She was born February 13, 1944, in St. Anthony, Idaho, to James B. Johnson and Helen E. Johnson Johnson. She grew up and attended schools in St. Anthony, graduating from South Fremont High School. Janette worked at Basic American Foods in multiple positions for over 35 years. Janette enjoyed trips to Jack Pot, Nevada, and Fort Hall, long rides, and celebrating the Fourth of July. She was a dedicated mother. She especially loved spending time with her children and friends. She touched many lives with her loving heart and great sense of humor. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors are: Daughter: Terra Lee Harker of Idaho Falls, ID Son: Lynn Keith (Tracy) Davis of Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Larry (Patricia) Johnson of Holliday, UT Sister: Judy Weekes of Balentine, MT She was preceded in death by her parents and four children: Jamie, Brooke, Brett, and Brad.

The family wishes to give a special thanks to Dr. Brad Adams and his staff, and to Encompass Hospice for the kind and loving care they gave to Janette. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, at the Iona Cemetery.
