Janet Rawson Oyler Stiffler, 51, of Idaho Falls, died unexpectedly from acute cardiac arrest Monday, December 14, 2015, at her home. Janet was born November 8, 1964, in Charleston, South Carolina, into a Navy family that lived in numerous east and west coast bases, growing up mainly in California, Hawaii, and Maryland. Janet made her most recent home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she owned and operated Executive Training Resources since 1999. Janet was a member of the Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce. Janet enjoyed being with people and was the life of any party. She was an unforgettable and beautiful person. Her girls, nieces, nephews, dogs, and cats made her very happy. She enjoyed reading, music, and being at the beach. Janet is survived by two daughters, Samantha Oyler of Idaho Falls, ID, and Heather (Dominik) Weiss of Nampa, ID; parents, CDR Robert and HelenMarr Wakeman Johannesen of Amarillo, TX; brother, Jonner (Leesa) Johannesen of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Jennifer (Eric) Loewen of Hampstead, NC; and several beloved nieces and nephews. A gathering for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2015, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue, Idaho Falls, ID 83402. The family suggests donations be made in Janet's name to the Snake River Animal Shelter, P. O. Box 51741, Idaho Falls, ID 83405.
