IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Jane Treasure Cook, 83, of Idaho Falls, died October 31, 2001, at the Idaho Falls Care Center of causes incident to age.
She was born February 9, 1919, at Milo, to Henry Stanley Lee and Martha Ann Treasure Lee. She grew up in Milo and attended Buck School, Ucon High School, and graduated from Groom's Beauty School. She has lived in the Idaho Falls area most of her life.
She married Marvin Hunter Cook October 4, 1937, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They made their home in Idaho Falls, where she was a homemaker and mother and also worked as a beautician. Her husband passed away October 6, 1988.
An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in the Relief Society and Primary. She served a full time mission with her husband to Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1983. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, and her family.

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2001, at the Wood Chapel of the Pines, with Eric Haroldsen, Counselor in the Idaho Falls LDS St. Leon Ward Bishopric, officiating.
The family will visit with friends on Saturday for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home.
