Click Here To View Memorial Video Janabeth Landon Potter, 52, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 21, 2013, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born April 2, 1961, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Dennis Lamar Landon and Iris Ann Harris Landon. She grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from Skyline High School. She continued her education at Idaho State University. She worked in Advertising at the Post Register for ten years. On May 11, 1986, she married Kenneth Gene Potter in Idaho Falls. Janabeth was a devoted mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She loved to make costumes and cakes, and was fond of anything to do with fairies and peacocks. She enjoyed shopping and jewelry, and especially loved being a grandmother and spending time with her family. Janabeth is survived by her Husband, Kenneth Potter of Idaho Falls, ID, Daughter, Kimberly (Jamie) Barbieri of Idaho Falls, ID, Son, Kristofer Potter of Idaho Falls, ID, Stepdaughter, Heather (James) Peterson of Idaho Falls, ID, Father, Dennis (Mary Lou) Landon of St. George, UT, Brother, Rick (Ranee) Landon of Idaho Falls, ID, Brother, Tory (Holly) Landon of Idaho Falls, ID, Sister, Derri Dee Leonard of Logan, UT, Sister, JuDee (Bill) Reed of Idaho Falls, ID 11 grandchildren and all her family of friends in Swan Valley. She was preceded in death by her mother, and father-in-law, Donald G. Potter. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 31, 2013, at the Idaho Falls LDS Parkwood Ward, 395 - 2nd Street, with Bishop Jeremy Westwood officiating. The family will visit with friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue, and from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery.

11:00 a.m. ,Saturday, August 31, 2013 Idaho Falls LDS Parkwood Ward 395 2nd Street Idaho Falls, ID 83401 Notes: The family will visit with friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, August 30th at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N Ridge Avenue, and from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Saturday prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton cemetery.
