Jan Bills

Vicki Jan Border Bills, of Idaho Falls, passed away suddenly February 28, 2013, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Jan was born September 22, 1949, the daughter of Don L. Border and Val Border. She attended Idaho Falls High School. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Idaho State University. She worked as a database Administrator for the INL. On January 31, 1987, she married Paul Bills at the Baptist church located in Jackson, Wyoming. Jan and Paul lived in Idaho Falls. Jan was a member of the Methodist Church. Her family was the most important part of her life. She enjoyed knitting, travel, water skiing, baking, and the outdoors. She was also involved in community service work. Jan had many talents and liked to share with others. She overcame many obstacles in life and helped others with theirs. Jan is survived by her husband, Paul Bills of Idaho Falls; and a son, Jordan Paul Bills of Boise, ID. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Don Border. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge, with Preston Charles Bills officiating. The family will meet with friends from 10:00-10:45 a.m. prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home.
