JIMMY RHOADES IDAHO FALLS, ID -- James Wilford “Jimmy” Rhoades, 46, of Idaho Falls, died September 24, 2007, at his home. He was born November 12, 1960, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to August Wilford Rhoades and Pauline Evelyn Mathiesen Rhoades. He grew up in the area and attended Emerson Elementary and O. E. Bell Junior High. On June 7, 1982, he married Vicki Jo Vanleuvan in Idaho Falls. They were later divorced. He worked as a laborer in various businesses and worked in drywall. He was a member of Calvary Chapel Church. He enjoyed music, fishing, camping, and driving in the mountains. Jimmy especially loved his family and spending time with his children and grandchildren, Aiden, Camden, Bradley, and Hailey. Survivors include: Son: Jason Rush, Boise, ID Daughter: Carrie (Brant) Bulstrode, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Kelly (Mat) Bennett, Pocatello, ID Son: Adam J. Rhoades, Idaho Falls, ID Parents: August and Pauline Rhoades, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Steve (Paulette) Rhoades, Poulsbo, WA Brother: Paul Rhoades, Boise, ID Sister: Roberta (Bill) Hall, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Teresa Rhoades, Idaho Falls, ID 4 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. A Gathering of family and friends will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2007, at "Grandma’s House," 452½ – 6th Street, Idaho Falls. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family at the gathering. --------------------------------------
