Jacqueline "Jackie" Shively, 81, of Idaho Falls, passed away May 13, 2015, at her home of causes incident to age. She was under the care of Aspen Home Health & Hospice.
Jackie was born February 8, 1934, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Jack Conn and Leona Ryset Conn. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School.
On November 28, 1952, she married James David Shively in Idaho Falls, Idaho. To this union were born five children, Bruce, Pam, Marilyn, Susan, and Vicky. Jackie and James made their home in Terreton, Idaho, for 60 years where Jackie worked as a secretary for the West Jefferson School District. James passed away on January 22, 2015.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed crafts, quilting, reading, needlework, camping, and traveling.
Jackie is survived by
son, Bruce (Rosemary) Shively of Terreton, ID;
daughter, Pam (Jerry) Tomlinson of Idaho Falls, ID;
daughter, Marilyn (Brent) Lounsbury of Idaho Falls, ID;
daughter, Susan (Mike) Egbert of Idaho Falls, ID;
daughter, Vicky (Kyle) Clayson of Pleasant Grove, UT;
brother, Clayton (Marcia) Conn of Springville, UT;
20 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, James David Shively, father, Jack Conn, mother, Leona Conn.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 18, 2015, at Idaho Falls LDS Carriage Gate Ward, 5255 South 5th West, with Bishop Phil Sorensen officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, and Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
