Jacqueline Lorraine Bodhaine Lindsey, 82, of Ammon, passed away December 20, 2024, at Idaho Falls Community Hospital. She was under the care of Aspen Home Health and Hospice and Symbii Home Health and Hospice.
Jackie was born December 28, 1941, in Denver, Colorado, to Frank Allen Bodhaine and Doris Alyene Brown Bodhaine. She grew up and attended schools in Colorado and graduated with the class of 1960, from Summit County High School in Breckenridge, Colorado.
In July 1961, she married Clyde Dennis Lindsey. They were later divorced. Jackie made her home in Phoenix, Arizona. where she worked as a claims benefits supervisor for Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance company. She moved to Ammon, Idaho, to live with her daughter in June of 2021.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed crochet, knitting, playing the piano and clarinet, and cooking.
Jackie is survived by her son, Jeffrey Lindsey of Tucson, AZ; son, Phillip (Paula) Lindsey of Aurora, CO; daughter, Krista (David) Ezzell of Ammon, ID; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Allen Bodhaine, Doris Alyene Brown; brother, James A. Bodhaine; and sister-in-law, Raelene Bodhaine.
Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the Ammon 18th Ward, 4363 East 17th Street, with Bishop Brian Turville officiating. The family will visit with friends from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the church.
