Jacqueline Lee “Jackie” Curtin, 76, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 21, 2025, at her home.
Jackie was born February 1, 1949, in Longview, WA, to Jesse Wyatt and Ella Mae Rice Wyatt. She grew up and attended schools in Kelso, Wa and graduated from Kelso High School where she was a cheerleader.
On September 17, 1979, she married Terrance Abbott “Terry” Curtin in Vancouver, WA. Jackie and Terry made their home in Kelso, WA, where Jackie worked as a bindery worker for Printing Art Center. They retired to Kissimmee, FL. After Terry’s passing, she moved to Idaho Falls, ID where she has lived for the last three years.
She was a member of the Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling, Disney World, Hawaii, and cruising.
Jackie is survived by her daughter, Carrie Sue Sheline of Centralia, WA, daughter, Amy Kaylene Hewitt of Vancouver, WA, son, Neal Ted (Beverly) Ard of Iona, ID; sister, Pam (Pat) Murray of Priest River, ID, sister, Suzi (Gary) Sacha of Las Vegas, NV sister, Michelle (John) Smart of Kent, WA; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Terrance Abbott Curtin; father, Jesse Wyatt; mother, Ella Mae De LaGrange; and stepfather, LeRoy De LaGrange.
Inurnment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Cornerstone Caregiving, Brio Home Health and Hospice, Synergy, Dr. Haws, Dr. Sewell, and Dr Quinton at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, the doctors and staff at Liljenquist Orthopedics, friends at Bandon River Apartments, and friends in Florida.
