Jack Archibald Haslam Sr., 71, of Idaho Falls, passed away November 10, 2020, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Jack was born May 25, 1949, in Ogden, Utah, to Henry Gunnel Haslam and Charlotte Archibald Haslam. He grew up and attended schools in Ogden, Utah. Jack moved to Idaho when he was a teenager.
On October 17, 1971, he married Karolyn Ann Hiett in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Jack and Karolyn made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Jack worked as a Journeyman Electrician for the INL.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jack enjoyed camping, fishing, old cars and sightseeing.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Karolyn Haslam of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Teena Haslam of Idaho Falls, ID; and son, Jack (Jo Ann) Haslam of Ogden, UT; brother, Donald (Shirley) Haslam of Riverton, UT; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Ray Thurston, Beth Jessop, Fay Bruderer, and Elsie Haslam; and four brothers, LeGrand, Dean, Gerald and Reed Haslam.
Private family services will be live broadcast at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2020. The services can be viewed at www.cpcif.com. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. Burial will be in Rigby Pioneer Cemetery. Pastor Mike Glaser of Cornerstone Pentecostal Church will be officiating.
Military Rites will be performed by the Jefferson County Veterans Memorial Team and Idaho Honor Guard.
