ILA LAMBERSON
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Ila Lucy Harding Rutt Lamberson, 87, of
Idaho Falls, passed away May 25, 2005, at her home of natural causes. She
was under the care of Aspen Home Health & Hospice.
She was born May 5, 1918, in Preston, Idaho, to Albert Frederick
Harding and Bertha May Corbridge Harding. She grew up and attended schools
in Preston until age 11, when the family moved to Idaho Falls and she attended
Riverside School.
She married Clerence Harold Rutt February 12, 1935, in the
Logan, Utah LDS Temple. They made their home in St. Leon, then New Sweden,
where she was a homemaker and mother. She also worked in the New Sweden School
as a cook with her sisters and in the LDS Hospital laundry. Clerence preceded
her in death. She married Lyle Lamberson in April, 1978. He also preceded
her in death.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. She was a member of the Riverdale Grange and Social Club. She enjoyed
camping, fishing, quilting, crocheting, plastic canvas, and embroidery.

Brother: Ivan (Eunice) Harding of Idaho Falls, ID
18 Grandchildren and 47 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, Harold Rutt and Lyle
Lamberson, three sisters, Lillie Weaver, Freida Wulf, and Gwen Harding, and
a brother, Warren Harding.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 28,
2005, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, with Bishop Dan Stout of the Idaho
Falls LDS 10th Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday
from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park under the direction
of Wood Funeral Home.
