ILA CALL
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Ila Mary Wareham Call, 93, of Idaho Falls, died July 8, 2007, at Idaho Falls Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born September 23, 1913, in Lincoln, Idaho, to Wilbur Norman Wareham and Ada Elsina Madsen Wareham. She lived in Rigby on a farm during her youth and attended local schools.
She married Frank LeRoy Call July 5, 1930 in Rigby, Idaho. They made their home in Rigby where they raised a son and two daughters. She and Frank moved to Idaho Falls in 1993. Frank preceded her in death in March, 1995. She worked as a Practical Nurse in Obstetrics at the LDS /Riverview Hospital.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed volunteering at the Boy Scout office and going to lunch with co-workers. She liked crafts of all kinds, crocheting, canning, and gardening.
Survivors include:
Daughter: Verna M. Lewis of Idaho Falls, ID
Daughter: Loma J. Graham of Las Vegas, NV
Sister: Norma Woods, Ellensburg, WA
9 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren and 14 Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; a son, Arlen Roy Call; and two sisters, Elvira Wareham and Dorothy Horkley.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 12, 2007, at Wood Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
