Hunter Jensen

Hunter Isaac Jensen, 25, of Rigby, Idaho, passed away unexpectedly on March 17, 2026.

Hunter was born March 18, 2000, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to David and Keersten Jensen. He was raised in Grant, Idaho, and graduated from Rigby High School in 2018. He served his community as a firefighter/EMT with Central Fire District for eight years.

Hunter had a deep love for firefighting, fishing, the outdoors, physical fitness, and time spent with his family. He will be remembered for his dedication to those he served and for the love he shared with those closest to him.

Hunter is survived by his wife, Alexess Jensen; his daughters, Kita Ivy Jensen and IsaBella Rose Jensen; his parents, David and Keersten Jensen; his brother, David Jade Jensen; and many extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Grant 2nd Ward, 3431 E. 100 N. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 6:30-8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue, and Thursday from 11-11:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Grant-Central Cemetery.
